The report quoted Bonnie Glick, Deputy Administrator of the U.S. Agency for International Development, who led the operation, as saying that the United States is preparing to provide loans and other funds to some countries to allow suppliers from these countries to get from the so-called “democratic countries”, instead of buying hardware from China.
