It is understood that high-performance fluorescence interference filters are the core components of real-time fluorescent RT-PCR nucleic acid detection equipment, and their performance directly determines the accuracy and reliability of quantitative virus detection. Up to now, the Shenyang Institute of Instrumentation Science has provided nearly 3000 sets of new filters for emergency detection of new coronavirus detection instruments in Hubei, Shanghai, Xi’an, Hangzhou, Shenzhen and other regions.
