Kuwait Telecom’s VIVA announced the provision of commercial 5G network services throughout Kuwait. Huawei has helped Kuwait VIVA build a 5G network with over 1,000 sites. The nationwide coverage will make VIVA’s 5G commercial more competitive.

Recently, VIVA announced that it has launched 5G commercial services after the Kuwaiti Communications and IT Regulatory Authority announced that it has granted the licenses for its telecommunications companies to launch 5G services in the Kuwaiti market. The Communications and Information Technology Regulatory Authority issued the C-band for the construction of the fifth-generation mobile communication network in Kuwait.
