Introducing political factors into 5G development, utilization and cooperation, and even politicizing related issues, adopting a discriminatory approach is not only not conducive to the development of 5G, but also the principle of fair competition, which is inconsistent with the common interests of the international community.

The Prague 5G Security Conference you mentioned is clearly closed. In a small circle, the so-called “Prague Proposal” published by it only represents the opinions of a small number of countries.

The formulation of relevant rules and standards for 5G should be heard and absorbed by all stakeholders in the widest possible manner, and discussed through an open and inclusive multilateral process within the framework of a universally representative and authoritative mechanism for the participation of national enterprises. 5G construction creates a non-discriminatory competitive environment, reflects fairness and justice, and pursues mutual benefit and win-win.
