At the 2022 China Unicom Partner Conference, Liu Liehong, chairman of China Unicom, said that China Unicom would build a “pan intelligence alliance” oriented to consumption upgrading, industrial transformation and technological innovation, and strive to sell 280 million pan terminals in 2023.

On the To C side, China Unicom will jointly overcome the problem of large-scale commercial use of 5G messages, gradually explore a good business model, and strive to transform existing users into 5G message users, so as to promote the traditional communication business to usher in a new round of development following the traffic dividend.
On the To H side, China Unicom will cooperate with partners in pan terminal, virtual reality, digital human and other fields to provide more abundant terminals, content and applications. It will also build a new channel operation model of 5G, three gigabit terminals, and strive to jointly sell 280 million pan terminals with partners in 2023;
On the To B side, China Unicom will work together with partners to accelerate the dual leap of scale and value of “5G+Industrial Internet” through six action plans such as “industry corps gather capabilities”, and jointly create a new ecosystem of industrial meta universe;
On the To G side, China Unicom, together with outstanding partners in the industry, has continuously enriched and improved the core competence matrix covering the five systems of digital government, contributing more and better Unicom solutions to the modernization of the national governance system and governance capacity.
Liu Liehong said that no matter the emergence of “killer” applications on the To C and To H sides or the success of “commercial housing” projects on the To B and To G sides, all parties in the industry need to cooperate with each other.
