It is known that the number of China Telecom PON equipment collected in 2018 is as follows: 1GPON equipment package purchases about 500,000 OLT ports, ONU (including MDU/MTU/SBU) wide and narrow port ports about 1 million, and specifications include GPON OLT and GPON MDU (including LAN and DSL), GPON SBU; 210GEPON equipment standard package, purchase of about 600,000 OLT ports, about 1 million ONU (including MDU/MTU/SBU) wide and narrow port ports, and specifications including 10GEPONOLT (including symmetry and asymmetry) 10GEPON MDU (including LAN and DSL), 10GEPON MTU; 3XG-PON equipment standard package, purchase of about 50,000 OLT port, ONU (including MDU) wide and narrow port of about 50,000, specifications and models have XG-PON OLT, XG -PON MDU (including LAN and DSL).
Special prospective bidders (hereinafter referred to as applicants) are invited to apply for prequalification.
Bidding product qualification requirements1
- The bidding product shall be a product from the People’s Republic of China or a country or region with normal trade and dealings with the People’s Republic of China.
- The equipment must provide the corresponding type of telecommunications equipment network access license:
- The bidding products shall meet the relevant technical requirements of China Telecom and meet the following key technical indicators:
- The bidding products should also have the following conditions:
(1) GPON equipment products should have no less than one year of commercial experience in domestic telecom operators or large Internet companies with inter-provincial internet, requiring GPON OLT and GPON MDU equipment to be available at the same time;
(2) 10GEPON equipment products should have no less than one year of commercial experience in domestic telecom operators or large Internet companies with inter-provincial internet, requiring 10GEPON OLT and 10GEPON MDU equipment at the same time;
(3) XG-PON equipment products should have no less than one year of commercial experience in domestic telecom operators or large Internet companies with inter-provincial internet, requiring XG-PON OLT and XG-PON MDU equipment.
