This provides strong support for cable TV operators in capacity forecasting, ongoing maintenance, troubleshooting, and other aspects.
Nameet Dutia, Senior Solutions Architect for AWS Telecommunications Industry Business Unit, and Jennifer Andreoli Fang, Head of AWS Fixed Networks, pointed out that as cable TV operators evolve towards DOCSIS 4.0, artificial intelligence becomes the key to enhancing connectivity, network performance, and operational support. This agent is not just a chatbot, but a professional digital expert who combines knowledge and practical tools from the cable TV industry to provide professional support 24/7. It can collect data, diagnose and troubleshoot, and provide decision support for technicians and engineers to help address the complex technical challenges of DOCSIS 4.0.
