Nokia announced a significant partnership with Netrouting, a leading provider of cloud services and data center solutions in the Netherlands. This Dutch company will utilize Nokia’s advanced optical and IP technology to achieve seamless interconnection of Netrouting cloud infrastructure and peer-to-peer connectivity across 7 data centers.
Nokia’s IP routing and optical solutions will provide cloud infrastructure providers with scalable and stable network infrastructure for supporting their core network edge routers, interconnecting data centers, and supporting their local distribution points. This solution will include Nokia’s 1830 Photon Service Switch (PSS), 7750 Service Router (SR), and 7220 Interconnect Router.
