Amon said that China is accelerating its 5G deployment and may have the world’s largest 5G network. He said, “The construction speed of China’s base stations is amazing. If Chinese operators’ 5G plans begin as scheduled, China will have 1 million 5G base stations by the end of 2020. This will not only connect billions of smartphones, but also make billions of smartphones, smart devices and the entire industry benefit from 5G development. ”

Amon appreciates the cooperation results between Qualcomm and Chinese partners, and hopes to continue to work closely with Chinese partners in the 5G era, not only supporting their development in the domestic market, but also helping Chinese smartphones to go abroad.
